Drawing on years of practical experience in non-metallic mineral grinding and classification projects, Qingdao Shina has launched the QBM ultrafine quartz ball mill classification production line, which is specially engineered to meet the processing requirements of quartz featuring high hardness and high purity, delivering a closed-loop complete processing solution for deep processing of quartz ore.

 

 

The complete production line adopts a closed-circuit circulation process with coordinated operation between the ball mill and air classifier. Coarse powder automatically recirculates for secondary grinding to reduce over-grinding material loss. The particle size range of finished products can be flexibly adjusted, enabling simultaneous production of multiple specifications of quartz powder to satisfy the material standards of diverse downstream customers. In response to the stringent purity requirements for quartz, the equipment interior is fitted with alumina liners, inner linings and alumina grinding balls, eliminating iron contamination caused by contact with metal throughout the whole process. This stably maintains the whiteness and purity indicators of powder, making the line suitable for manufacturing high-end products such as high-purity silica powder and fused quartz powder.
