The inner cavities of the entire production line are fully lined with high-purity alumina wear-resistant coatings, which withstand sustained scouring by high-speed hard powder materials. This design fundamentally prevents housing perforation from abrasion, eliminates iron impurity contamination of powders, greatly extends equipment service life, cuts customers’ long-term maintenance and downtime losses, and delivers more stable, hassle-free continuous production.

This full-set air classification production line adopts a one-stop integrated supporting design, comprising the ITC550 air classifier, cyclone collector, and pulse bag dust collector. All equipment units feature unified dimensional specifications, airflow parameters and electrical control programming. Upon arrival at the port, customers can proceed directly with on-site installation without additional customized parts or repeated pipeline calibration. The solution substantially shortens on-site construction and commissioning cycles, perfectly suiting the standardized deployment demands of overseas manufacturing facilities.
