Recently, a carbon black ultra-fine mechanical crusher manufactured by Qingdao Shina has completed on-site installation and commissioning and been put into operation at the customer’s production workshop. During the pre-project phase, the technical team conducted sample evaluation based on the material properties of carbon black, and finalized the main machine solution in accordance with the customer’s workshop layout and parameters of the existing supporting system.

Carbon black powder tends to agglomerate, which imposes specific adaptation requirements on the internal structure of the main unit. Optimized for carbon black characteristics, this mechanical crusher features anti-adhesion treatment on the inner cavity of the mainframe to accommodate long-duration continuous operation. The equipment can disperse and crush agglomerated carbon black particles while maintaining a stable particle size range. The resulting powder is suitable for downstream applications such as rubber, plastics and coatings.

Equipment delivery is not limited to complete production lines; standalone crushing and classification main units can be provided based on customers’ existing production conditions.
