Recently, the QWJ series jet milling production line of Qingdao Shina has completed on-site installation and commissioning at the customer’s plant. In the early stage, the project team refined equipment layout and pipeline planning in consideration of the customer’s powder material characteristics and production site conditions, and carried out all operations in an orderly manner, including equipment positioning, pipeline connection and electrical wiring. During on-site construction, technicians provided full-process follow-up, inspected assembly details item by item against the plan to ensure the orderly construction of the complete production line.

In the equipment commissioning phase, technicians performed no-load trial operation and material-bearing trial production in accordance with procedures. They continuously monitored the operating status of each unit of the production line and conducted multiple rounds of calibration and optimization of process parameters. After continuous testing, the complete ultrafine powder production line runs stably. Both powder fineness and capacity indicators meet the agreed project standards. All processes, from raw material feeding, jet milling, powder classification to collection and discharging, work smoothly in sequence with stable quality of finished powder, laying a solid foundation for the customer’s subsequent large-scale production.

The completion of commissioning of this QWJ series jet milling line marks that the customer’s powder project is ready for production.
