The ATP‑series Air Classification Production Line and QWJ‑series Jet Milling Production Line manufactured by Qingdao Shina have arrived at the customer’s plant, and on‑site installation has been successfully completed.

To meet the customer’s demand for refined powder processing, two core production lines are deployed in coordination for this project. The QWJ jet milling line undertakes ultra‑fine material pulverization to produce high‑efficiency micro‑powders via air‑flow collision and shearing. The ATP air classification line accurately separates coarse and fine powders. Its classifying impeller precisely controls particle‑size ranges to realize orderly separation of coarse and fine fractions, suitable for working conditions of various ultra‑fine powder production.

From customized pre‑project process planning, equipment manufacturing and delivery, to on‑site positioning, pipeline connection and electrical control arrangement, the project team strictly followed construction schedules. The overall layout was optimized according to the customer’s workshop space to ensure closed negative‑pressure system operation and dust containment, satisfying requirements for production capacity, powder purity and environmental protection. The two lines can operate independently or work in tandem, flexibly adapting to classification requirements caused by differences in material specific gravity and flowability, and delivering finished products with stable particle size and uniform distribution.
