The Qingdao Shina QWJ series air jet mill production line and the ATP series air classifier production line have been successfully installed and completed in Turkey. This set of production line is a complete powder processing solution customized for the characteristics of alumina materials. The core configuration includes air flow pulverizers, air flow classifiers, pulse dust collectors, electrical control systems, and exhaust fans, among other key equipment. The entire system operates collaboratively to achieve the fine processing and classification screening of alumina from raw materials, meeting the strict requirements of customers for powder particle size and purity.

Alumina, as an important inorganic powder material, is widely used in flame retardants, functional fillers, coatings, electronic materials, and other fields. Its processing process has high requirements for the wear resistance of equipment, pulverization accuracy, and classification efficiency. Qingdao Shina, considering the material characteristics, adopts ceramic wear-resistant protection design inside the equipment, and the classification impeller uses a one-piece alumina material, effectively resisting material wear and prolonging the equipment lifespan.

The establishment of this Turkish project is another important practice for Qingdao Shina's powder equipment to enter the international market.
