Two sets of ultrafine ball milling classification production lines produced by Qingdao Shina Machinery have been installed for customers recently. They are two φ1.83*7 meter ball mills connected to two ITC650 air classifier. The work flow of the production line is as follows: the material passes through the feeding spiral from the silo and enters the ball mill for grinding. After grinding, the material enters the air flow classifier for ultra-fine classification. The qualified material enters the dust collector, and the unqualified material falls from the air flow classifier and returns to the ball mill for grinding again.
