The ATP series air classification production lines and QWJ series jet milling production lines manufactured by Qingdao Shina have arrived at the customer’s plant, and on-site installation has been successfully completed. To meet the customer’s demand for refined powder processing, two sets of core production lines are deployed in coordination for this project: the QWJ jet milling line undertakes ultra-fine grinding of materials and achieves efficient micronized powder production through airflow collision and shearing; the ATP air classification line accurately separates coarse and fine powders. It controls the particle size range precisely by means of classification impellers to realize “ordered separation of coarse and fine fractions”, suitable for the production conditions of various types of ultra-fine powders.

From customized preliminary process planning, equipment fabrication and factory acceptance, to on-site positioning, pipeline connection and electrical control arrangement, the project team strictly controlled construction milestones. The overall line layout was optimized according to the customer’s workshop space to ensure the system operates under closed negative pressure with dust containment, satisfying requirements for production capacity, powder purity and environmental protection. The two production lines can operate independently or work in tandem, flexibly adapting to classification requirements arising from differences in material specific gravity and flowability. The finished powder features stable particle size and uniform distribution.
