-all wear value, non-toxic, tasteless, odorless, good dispersion and other advantages. According to the needs of
different particle size requirements of ordinary heavy calcium powder, ultrafine heavy calcium carbonate, wet gri
-nding ultrafine calcium carbonate, ultrafine surface modification of heavy calcium carbonate.
There are two production processes for heavy calcium carbonate:
Dry production process: first hand-selected from the quarry to remove the gangue, calcite, limestone, chalk, shell,
etc.; Then the limestone is coarse crushed by crusher, and then the fine powder is crushed by the ball mill and other
mechanical equipment. Finally, the powder produced by the ball mill is graded by the classifier. The powder that meets
the particle size requirements is packaged into the storage as the product, and the unqualified coarse powder is return
-ed to the mill for grinding again.
Wet production process: The suspension made of dry fine powder is placed in the mill for further grinding, and the ultraf
-ine heavy calcium carbonate is prepared after dehydration and drying (the cost of this method is high).
Application: Widely used in paper industry, plastic industry composite materials, all kinds of plastic pipes, profiles,
plastic products, degradable plastics and wire, cable materials; Rubber industry in the tire, rubber products, sealing
products; In the coating industry, oil base coating, high-end car surface coating, powder coating, water based coating
products such as filling materials.
Paper industry: increase the surface gloss, improve whiteness, improve paper smoothness and so on.
Plastic composite industry: can obviously improve the bonding strength and mechanical properties of plastic composite
interface; In plastic all kinds of plastic pipes, profiles, plastic products, degradable plastics
