Air Classifier
Under the action of fan gravitation, materials move from the lower inlet of the classifier to the classification area at a high speed along with the rising air flow. Under the centrifugal force generated by the high-speed rotating classification turbine and the centripetal force generated by the air flow, coarse and fine particles are separated. Fine particles meeting the particle size requirements enter the cyclone separator and dust collector for collection through the gap between the grading wheel blades.
Air Jet Mill
The equipment that uses high-speed airflow to realize dry material superfine crushing is composed of airflow crusher, cyclone collector, dust remover, induced draft fan, electric control cabinet, etc. After being filtered, dried and degreased, the compressed air is sprayed into the crushing chamber at a high speed through a specially configured nozzle, and the crushed materials are crushed under the action of high-pressure airflow.
Impact Mill
The quantitative feeding system conveys the materials to the crushing chamber. The materials entering the crushing chamber collide with the moving parts and fixed parts at a high speed, and at the same time are impacted and sheared by the high pressure air flow, making the materials instantly thinner. The crushed materials are driven by the air flow into the pre classification area for self split classification. Some materials enter the forced classification area through the fairing for classification.
Vibration Mill
The grinding medium (rod, segment or ball) in the grinding barrel, under the high frequency vibration of the high-speed vibration exciter (or vibration motor), makes strong projective motion, high-speed autorotation motion and slow revolution motion, causing strong impact, friction and shear effects on the materials scattered among them, so that the materials can be superfine crushed and evenly mixed.
Ball Mill
-For the selection of ball mill, non-standard design shall be adopted according to the material property, product particle size and output requirements- For the selection of grader, different grading models shall be selected according to different particle size requirements of the final product- The scale of the production line is designed according to customer requirements, and multiple product grain sizes can also be produced at the same time
Coating Machine
The coating modification has important practical significance for improving the performance of powder, improving its practical value and expanding the development of application fields. In plastic, rubber, adhesive and other polymer materials and composites, non-metallic powder fillers, such as calcium carbonate, kaolin, talc, quartz, wollastonite, asbestos, magnesium hydroxide, aluminum hydroxide, etc. The filler surface must be modified to enhance its compatibility with the matrix, dispersion, mechanical strength and comprehensive performance.
